Since 1991 Diversity Trends, LLC (formerly known as Person To Person Consulting) has conducted seminars which focus on the impact of diversity on customer service, team functioning and leadership. Now 95% of our business comes from referrals made by clients, audience members and colleagues. We are based in Dallas, Texas but have worked with organizations throughout the United States.

We work with organizations that want to use diversity as a strategic advantage . . . and with people who want to be effective in multicultural settings.

Our founder and President, Tracy Brown, is the author of the book, "Breaking the Barrier of Bias" and several audio learning programs including "MotiVersity: Motivating While Valuing Diversity." She has been quoted or featured in a wide variety of media, including Money Magazine, Texas Business Monthly and HR Magazine.
